Prayer returning to California public schools?

Is prayer returning to California public schools? If the authors of the new Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum have their way the answer is yes. Not only would prayer return but there would also be a "new kid in town"; a state religion with which our children would be indoctrinated via mandated ethnic studies.
